We advise that you include your telephone number in your customer account details so that we can contact you in the event of problems.

N.B.: Please don't forget to specify your door access code and the floor on which you live, as applicable, so that our agent can find you easily. (Insert these details in your account's additional address field).

We don't send orders poste restante, and we don't deliver to hotels, campsites, military bases or P.O. box numbers.

Subject to product availability, orders are usually processed and dispatched the day after your order is received and payment confirmed and validated by our Accounts department, and at the latest within 3 working days from the day following order validation.

Where payment is made by cheque, the order will be dispatched at the latest working three days after payment is received on our account.

(No deliveries will be made during Mod'M's annual closures, the dates of which will be published on the web site in good time).
